高级销售经理-公司和团队 Senior Sales Manager - Cooperate&MICE

岗位职责：
The position is responsible for managing sales activities in line with the annual sales and marketing plan and to achieve/exceed budget in executing the sales strategy of the Hotel.
根据年度市场销售计划管理销售活动，并执行酒店销售策略实现或超额完成预算。
Oversees the day to day sales activities of the Sales Managers/Sales Executive, with specific responsibilities for directing sales and training.
监督日常销售经理/销售主任的销售活动，负责指导销售和培训的具体职责。
In conjunction with the DOS, leads and supervises the Sales Team. 与销售总监协作，领导和监督销售团队。Conduct negotiations to achieve the best profit and rates for the Hotel.通过销售谈判，实现酒店的最大利润和最高价格。Attend hotel client events and local community business events and networking.参加酒店客户的活动以及当地社区商务或交流活动。
岗位要求：1.Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hotel Management.旅游或酒店管理专业学士学位。2.Minimum 3 years’ in relevant experience within an international hotel chain.至少三年在国际酒店销售部的工作经历。3.Good in depth knowledge of accounts within local, domestic and international markets. Ability to develop and hunt for new businesses.对本地，国内以及国际市场的客户有深刻的了解。具有开发新商业机会的能力。
