财务经理-业主方向 Finance Manager (Owner Company)

岗位职责
1.To assist the Director of Finance & Business Support in the smooth and efficient running of the Owner company finance and Accounting Department.
协助财务及业务支持总监保持业主方向及酒店财务的运作顺畅
2.To ensure that the books, records and accounts are maintained accurately and fairly reflect the transactions and administration of the assets of the hotel.
确保账簿、记录和账目均得到准确记录和保管，并正确地反映酒店的交易和资产管理。
3.To devise and maintain a system of internal accounting control sufficient to ensure that transactions are executed in accordance with Management's general and specific authorization and in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles and specific country legislation.
制定并维护内部财务控制管理体系，以充分确保所有交易均按照酒店管理层及业主方的授权签署，并符合普遍公认的会计原则和特定的国家规定。
4.Ensures that the Department's activities are aligned with the Corporate Finance Strategy, and that the Hotel Actions have been implemented where appropriate.
确保部门的行为与业主和酒店的财务政策一致，正确执行酒店或业主方的决策。
岗位要求：
1.College Degree. (University graduate). Major in Finance
大专学历，主修财务专业。
2.Computer skills and good at Finance System.
熟练使用电脑和财务系统。
3.Analytical and numerical skills.
良好的数据分析能力。
4.Basic communication skills in English，both written and verbal.
具备英语书面和口语沟通能力。
