• stablishes a rapportwith guests maintaining good customer relationships.

• Personally, andfrequently verifies that guests at conferences and banquets are receiving thebest possible service.

• Spends time atconferences and banquets (during peak periods) to ensure that they are managedwell by the respective talents and functions to the fullest expectations.

• Ensures that minimumbrand standards have been implemented.

• Works closely withother Managers in a supportive and flexible manner, focusing on the overallsuccess of the hotel and the satisfaction of hotel guests.

• Ensures that BanquetService talents work in a supportive and flexible manner with otherdepartments, in a spirit of “We work through Teams”.

• Ensures that Banquetstorage and Audio-Visual areas are neat and organized, including the properstorage of props, and equipment.
确保宴会仓库和音响视听设备区的整洁有序,包括对装饰品和设备的妥善储存。
• In the absence ofBanquet Manager, conducts daily pre-shift briefings to talents on preparation,service and menu
宴会经理不在岗时,就每日的准备、服务和菜单为人才召开班前例会。
• Assists the Events teamwith creative suggestions and ideas.
帮助宴会部提出富有创意的建议和想法。
• Liaises with theKitchen and Beverage Department on daily operations and quality control.

• Assists in therecruitment and selection of all Banquet talents. Adheres to hotel guidelines when recruitingand uses a competency-based approach to selecting talents.

• Experienced in allaspects of banquet service, especially in local function styles

• Strong leadership,interpersonal and training skills; sound human resources managementcapabilities to motivate talents to work as a team
