信息通信技术经理 Information Technology Manager

· To attend to any problems encountered in software and hardware by all departments and to keep a register of such incidents and the manner in which they have been solved.
处理所有部门出现的任何软件和硬件问题，并将该等事故及其处理方式记录在案。
· To perform routine system setups as may be required by software and/or programs such as regular update of anti-virus programs.
执行软件及/或程序必需的日常系统设置，例如反病毒程序的定期更新。
· To strictly perform daily/monthly back up procedures, ensuring the successful completion of the process and the safeguard of the backup tapes.
严格遵守每日/每月备份程序，确保程序的成功完成以及备份磁带的安全保管。
· To assist any departments of the hotel in formulating their IT material requirements and provide adequate solutions to their needs.
协助酒店内的任何部门制定其信息技术材料需求，并为其需要提供适当的解决方案。
· To provide regular raining on IT security and ensure that all PMS access passwords are regular liquidated, automatic standby mode on servers and PMS activated and IT procedure strictly followed by all talents of the Hotel.
定期提供有关信息技术安全的培训，确保定期更新所有PMS 系统登录密码，并且确保酒店内所有雇员严格遵守服务器的自动备用模式、PMS 系统激活和信息技术程序。
Requirement 岗位要求
· Excellent in written and spoken Chinese and English Proficiency. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the hotel industry.
优秀的中英文读写能力，至少在酒店行业同岗位2年以上工作经验。
· Experience inhospitality applications such as Point Of Sales System and Catering System,etc…
有酒店应用经验，如销售点系统和餐饮系统等。
· Experience in trouble shooting Windows OS
有Windows操作系统故障排除经验。
· Hard working, able to work under immense pressure and in a very fast paced working environment
