- Manage& maintain training Facilities & Equipment, as well as the relatedtraining materials.

· Maintain training room and othertraining facilities in good condition
确保培训教室保持良好状态
· Assist in purchasingstock/inventory according to purchasing procedures and specifications.
协助按照采购程序号明细单进行采购和管理库存;
· Update the Training InventoryList regularly

- Responsiblefor Hotel Heart of House Decoration, make sure it is on brand and meet allrelated standards and deliver the hotel and group culture.

· Ensureall Talents are informed of their training schedule

- Assistto conduct communication meetings and trainings regularly for hotel trainingteam.
协助开展酒店培训团队定期沟通及培训。
- CheckDept. On Job Training and provide feedback;
检查部门在岗培训并提供反馈。
- Responsiblefor the Recognition Program;
负责激励认可计划;
- Assistto coordinate training and activities and keep records;
协助开展培训和活动并保存记录。
- Updatetraining notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outsidehotel” and training information
更新培训告示栏上所有关于酒店内部及外部的新消息和培训信息;
- CoordinateTalent meeting to make sure talent know the operating status of hotel;

- Maintainthe online information sharing platform;

- Ensureall reporting and servicing deadlines are met in a timely basis
