· Conducts frequent checks ensuring mise-en-place, service procedures, standards of cleanliness and hygiene, repair and maintenance, talents grooming and manning levels are in order and takes appropriate action where necessary and report to Fitness Manager accordingly.

· Check and make duty rosters, vacation planning and scheduling and public holiday planning before submitting to Fitness Manager for approval.

· Control all talents in term of cleanliness, grooming, uniforms, timelines and job performance. Keeps logbook in irregularities.

· To notify the Fitness Manager of possible damage, defects and breakdown in the working areas and materials of the department and follow up with proper actions.

· Assist guest with problems, complaints, request and follow ups.

· To ensure that the work area are properly maintained and to ensure that it is always clean and presentable.

· Welcome and acknowledge each guest with a smile, eye contact, and a friendly verbal greeting, using the guest's name when possible.

· Actively listen and respond positively to guest questions, concerns, and requests using brand or property specific process to resolve issues, delight, and build trust.
