3.To market the service of the AWAY Spa facilities in the local and
regional market, ensuring revenue target is achieved.

4.To ensure that all facilities are operation efficiently to achieve the
highest possible revenues and profit.
确保所有设施有效运行，以达到尽可能高的收入和利润。
5.Act in accordance with all policies, personnel policies, AWAY Spa
policies and procedures including all health and sanitary regulations Provide
optimum service through talent training, coaching, feedback and ensuring
adequate talent levels.
自觉按照所有政策、人事政策、AWAY Spa的政策和程序，包括所有的公共卫生法规与要求，提供最佳的服务。通过英才培训，指导，反馈，并确保胜任的英才水准与足够的英才资源。
6.In charge of the preparation of yearly operating budget, monthly P&L
analysis, relevant business plan and promotion plan as well.
