职位描述
Fully responsible for the hotel's operation and management, formulate medium and development strategy and annual business plan all the time, and coordinate resources to achieve annual business objectives.
According to the group's profit index, make the operating budget of the hotel, guide the financial department to do the cost control, financial budget and other work, check and analyze the monthly business situation.
Responsible for the establishment of the hotel management system and improve the related rules and regulations. Hold regular hotel management meeting and guide the specific work of each department according to group development strategy.
To master the methods and procedures for controlling and handling various emergencies, and properly handle various emergent incidents;
Organization established hotel training system, training and construction of the hotel talent echelon, the introduction of domestic and international famous brands of high-end professional talents for hotel, raise the entire hotel service quality and staff quality.
Promote the brand and value publicity measures, be responsible for the public relations between the hotel and people from all walks of life, and establish the hotel image.
全面负责酒店的经营管理,制定酒店中长期发展战略和年度经营计划,统筹整合资源实现年度经营目标;
根据集团的利润指标,制定酒店的经营预算,指导财务部门做好成本控制、财务预算等工作,检查分析每月营业情况;
负责酒店管理体系的建立,完善相关规章管理制度;定期召开酒店管理会议,根据集团发展战略指导各部门的具体工作;
掌握控制及处理各种紧急情况的方法及步骤,妥善处理各种突发性事件;
组织建立酒店培训系统,培养和建设酒店人才梯队,引进国际国内知名品牌酒店的高端专业复合型人才,提高整个酒店的服务质量和员工素质;
推动品牌和价值宣传措施,负责做好酒店与各界人士的公共关系,树立酒店形象。
1. MANAGEMENT RESPONSABILITIES 管理职责
· Be assigned to other duties in the hotel as andwhen required by business levels. 执行根据业务级别的要求,分配到酒店的其他工作或职责。
· Be required to comply with every reasonable requestfrom their hierarchical supervisor(s) within an amount of time that it takes tocomply under normal circumstances. 在日常的工作中,及时完成来自上级主管的每一个合理的要求。
· Be responsible to marketing development, humanresource development and financial and accounting result. 全面负责酒店的市场拓展、人力资源开发和计划财务工作。
· Research and know market & developmentsituation; draft market development plan and rate gird; give staggered focusinstruction to work and put it into practice. 研究并掌握市场的变化和发展情况,制定市场拓展计划和价格体系,适时提出阶段性工作重点,并指挥实施。
2. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES 行政职责
· Set up & perfect all regulation and disciplinesmatter; establish & enrich hotel inside organization; harmonize everydepartment’s relationship and establish reasonable & efficient operationsystem. 主持制定和完善酒店各项规章制度,建立健全内部组织系统,协调各部门关系,建立内部合理而有效的运行机制。
· Hold morning briefing meeting on daily basis,management meeting monthly. 主持召开每日晨会、每月召开酒店管理层会议。
· Monthly report to Management Co. & Owner Co.;and ensure completion of tasks which are given by Management Co. & Owner Co.每月向管理公司及业主公司汇报经营管理工作,完成管理公司及业主公司交给的各项任务。
3. COMMERCIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 商业职责
· Draft the hotel monthly, quarterly and yearlyoperation plan, development layout and running guide; frame hotel businessgoals and put it in practice. 确立酒店的经营计划(月、季、年)、发展规划及经营方针,制定酒店的经营管理目标,并指挥实施。
· Research and know market & developmentsituation; draft market development plan and rate gird; give staggered focusinstruction to work and put it into practice. 研究并掌握市场的变化和发展情况,制定市场拓展计划和价格体系,适时提出阶段性工作重点,并指挥实施。
· Ensure the hotel is maintaining records of goodsordered and received. 确保酒店保存物品订货及送货报告。
· Monitoring and managing of purchasing anddepartmental budget. 监督管理采购及部门预算。·
Reviewing purchase order claims and contracts forconformance to company policy. 根据公司政策审核采购需求及合同。
· Directing the purchasing department and analyzingmarket trends in order to assess present and future materials availability. 指导采购部门,并分析市场趋势,衡量今后的物料供应情况。
· Developing and implementing purchasing, andcontract management instructions, policies, and procedures. 制定和实施采购和合同管理指示、政策和程序。
· Directing in the development of specifications forequipment, products or substitute materials. 指导制定设备、产品或替代材料的规范。
· Representing the hotel in negotiating contracts andformulating policies with suppliers. 代表酒店进行合同谈判,规范供应商政策。
· Reviewing, evaluating, and approving specificationsfor issuing and awarding bids. 审核、评估及批准招投标明细。
4. HUMANRESPONSIBILITIES 人事职责
· Be responsible for middle –level manager’s promotion, foster & using; andsupervise hotel training work. 负责中层以上管理人员的选拔、培养和任用、督导酒店的培训工作。
· Launch and encourage employees to give suggestionin order to improve management result; consider staffs’life and improve employees’ work condition. 发动广大员工群策群力、搞好管理工作;关心员工生活,不断改善员工工作条件。
· Ensure wherever possible that employees areprovided with a work place free of discrimination, harassment andvictimization. 尽可能确保为员工提供一个没有歧视、骚扰和伤害的工作场所。
· Treat complaints of harassment and discriminationpromptly and confidentially. 及时、保密地处理骚扰和歧视投诉。
· Treat customers and colleagues from all culturalgroups with respect and sensitivity. 对待来自不同文化背景的客人和同事都应给予尊重和体贴。
· Identify and deal with issues which may cause crosscultural conflict or misunderstanding. 识别和处理可能导致跨文化冲突或误解的问题。
5. RELATIONS工作关系
· Ensure that all potential and real Hazards are reported immediately andrectified. 确保立即报告并纠正所有潜在和实际的危险。
· Be fully conversant with all departmental Fire, Emergency and Bombprocedures. 熟悉所有部门的消防、紧急事件处理和炸弹处理等程序。
· Ensure that all emergency procedures are rehearsed, implemented andenforced to provide for the security and safety of guests and employees. 确保所有的紧急避难程序都经过演练,以保护客人和员工的安全。
· Ensure the safety of the persons and the property of all within thepremises by fairly applying Hotel Regulations by strict adherence to existinglaws, statutes etc. 严格遵守现行的法律、法规等,贯彻酒店的规章制度,确保酒店内部所有的人员和物品的安全。
· Ensure all employees within the department work in a manner which issafe and unlikely to give risk of harm or injury to selves or others. 确保部门内的所有员工以安全的方式工作,不会给自己或他人带来伤害或风险。
· Use safe manual handling techniques and practice safe work habitsfollowing the hotel’sHealth, Safety and Environment policies, maintain procedures to minimize ourimpact on the environment and prevent pollution. 按照酒店的健康、安全和环保政策,使用安全手动操作技术,养成安全的工作习惯,维护程序,最大限度地减少对环境的污染和影响。
· Ensure confidentiality and secure storage of all intellectual propertyand data bases, both hard copy and electronic. Adhere to hotel Internet andEmail policy. 确保保密性和所有有关酒店的数据(软件和硬件)的安全。遵守酒店网络和邮件条例。
· Ensure Hotel, Customer and Employee information or transactions are keptconfidential during or after employment with the company. 确保在员工在职或离职后对酒店、客人和员工信息或者其它的相关信息做好保密工作。
6. SPECIFICDUTIES AND ACTIVITIES 具体工作和活动
· Be responsible to welcome VIP guest; keep widen in touch with all kindsof relationship in society; represent good enterprise image. 负责重要客人的接待工作,保持与社会各界的广泛联系,塑造企业良好的内、外部形象。
