Job Summary岗位概述:
1. According to the establishment of the existing 2 hotels and business development needs, coordination, statistics of the recruitment needs of various departments, the preparation of 2 hotels annual personnel recruitment plan;
根据现有2家酒店的编制及业务发展需求,协调、统计各部门的招聘需求,编制2家酒店年度人员招聘计划;
2. Develop, maintain, evaluate and analyze various recruitment channels; establish and improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system;
开发、维护、评估、分析各招聘渠道;建立和完善公司的招聘流程和招聘体系;
3. The use of various recruitment channels to publish recruitment advertisements, seeking recruitment agencies; the implementation of recruitment, selection, interview, selection, placement;
利用各种招聘渠道发布招聘广告,寻求招聘机构;执行招聘、甄选、面试、选择、安置工作;
4. Establish reserve talent selection program and talent reserve mechanism.
建立后备人才选拔方案和人才储备机制。
5. Responsible for 2 hotels recruitment work, to ensure strict compliance with the hotel system as well as the current local government regulations on labor policy for effective recruitment and talent selection.
负责2家酒店招聘工作,确保严格遵守酒店制度以及当前地方政府有关用工政策的规定进行有效的招聘和选才。
6. Assist the human resources director to carry out the smooth and effective operation of the human resources department;
协助人力资源总监进行人力资源部顺利有效运作;
7. Establish good employee relations to accomplish hotel goals and ensure strict implementation of all local government and human resources policies;
建立良好的员工关系以完成饭店目标,保证严格执行所有本地政府及人力资源政策;
8.Communicate effectively with all departments and provide HR advice to department managers and employees.
同各部门有效沟通,为部门经理及员工提供人力资源方面建议。
