Floor Supervisor 楼层主管

Supervise the work of room attendants to ensure all guest rooms and corridors are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness and tidiness to ensure guest satisfaction and oversee that occupied rooms are serviced and that check out rooms are serviced based on the arrival time of the next guest.
监管客房服务员的工作确保维护所有客房和走廊达到清洁和整洁最高标准，保证客户满意度，监督已住客房的服务并保证已退客房在下一位客人入住前清洁干净。
 
Inspect occupied and non-occupiedguest rooms and take corrective measures in order to meet standards in terms ofcleanliness, maintenance and supplies. Also check that housekeeping equipments are given proper care andmaintenance whilst being used.
检查住客房和非住客房，并采取纠正措施以达到清洁、维护和供应方面的标准。
 
Carry out on the job training andbe responsible for grooming and conduct standards of the room attendants on theirassigned floors. Motivate staff to bring about excellent performance.  Participate in the evaluation of staffperformance once year.
进行在岗培训，对客房服务员进行指导，使他们达到所分配楼层要求的标准。激励员工使之表现优秀。参与员工每年一次的绩效评估。
 
Keep updated records of furnituremovement and cleaning schedules of their section.
更新家具挪动和各自区域清洁安排的记录。
Stay informedabout hotel products and services knowledge in order to answer guest questions.
了解酒店产品和服务的知识以满足客人的询问。
 
Answerall guest questions / requests in a friendly and caring manner, take appropriateactions or if needed, refer the matters to the relevant persons to handle.  It may be providing information, giving anextra item such as a towel, etc. 
友好、关切回答所有客人问题/要求，如必要采取适当行动，视问题交由相关人员来处理。这些请求也许包括回答问题，给客人递送多要的物品如毛巾等。
 
At theend of shift, do a handover reporting special attention guests, room statusdiscrepancy, unusual situations, incidents that need follow up, to ensureconsistency and guest satisfaction. 
下班时，将特别关注的客人、房间状态差异，非正常状况和意外事件记录在交接班日志中便于跟进解决，以确保服务连贯性和客人的满意。
 
Verifythat pantries are equipped with all the necessary items needed in servicingguestrooms, and proper control is practiced to save expenses.
核实储藏室配备客房服务所需的所有必备品，并适当控制以节省费用。
