1. Conduct daily hygiene inspections in all food preparation and storageareas.

2. Conduct hygiene related training to associatewith hand outs and keep attendance records.
进行食品安全方面有联系的培训并做好培训记录。
3. Is highly visible in operations.
在日常运作中起到明显的指导作用。
4. Inform Executive chef on any ir-regulationsor violations of local laws or Marriott Standards and will try to solve issuesas much as possible.
如遇到违背当地法规和万豪食品安全体系标准的情况时请及时汇报行政总厨。并立即解决此
问题。
5. Will establish a good business relation withlocal hygiene bureau
和当地所属的食品监督所保持良好的工作关系。
6. Has to attend any hygiene inspections withlocal authorities who come to inspect hotel.
在酒店接受到例行检查时必须当场, 并做到良好沟通。
7. Takes food sample and get them analyzed. Inhouse or external.
做好对内对外的食品留样工作并加以分析。
