1.Executes the Hotel Management Rules and Regulations strictly,keep the punch order on the working shift, it is not allowed to left jobsbehind without permission, and to conduct the issues without relationship withthe actual jobs.
严格执行酒店的各项规章制度,准时上下班,上班时不得擅自离开工作岗位,不做与本岗位无关的事情。
2. Ensures to arrange the Newly on-boarding Associate(s) to checkin well-prepared and fully –equipped staff’s dormitory that under goodconditions, room inner should be tide and orderly, to be the guide andintroducer of the Newly on-boarding Associate(s) regarding the relatednotifications and instruments.
确保合理安排新入职员工的宿舍,确保员工入住前宿舍设备齐全且能够使用,宿舍环境干净整洁,必须亲自带领新入职员工前去,并简单介绍生活区域相关设施并交代注意事项。
3.Registers the full name, work position, working department andon-boarding date under the related form in correct order.
对于安排好的员工、床位必须正确无误地一一登记其部门、职位、入职日期在花名册上。
4. Checks for the equipment and tidiness of the staff’s dormitorywhen associate(s) exit the hotel, ask the leaving associate(s) to return theroom key to DormitoryOffice, the bedding stuffs to the dormitorystorage house; to be the checker for the hotel stuffs and photographer forrecording the room status and present the signature only everything is underthe good conditions then cancel the registration of the related form to bemarked as “Vacancy”, meanwhile , let the leaving associate(s) left the staff’sdormitory soonest. Record the damage status and compensation figure s on theStaff Exit Clearance Form attached proof of photos then present the signatureof confirmation when there is anything irregular or abnormal.
员工离职时,进行宿舍设备和卫生检查,必须要求其交还宿舍钥匙至员工宿舍办公室、交还床上用品至宿舍仓库,并亲自到其宿舍检查酒店物品,拍照记录房间状态,如无异常情况,则在《员工离职清单》上签名让其及时离开宿舍,并取消花名册上的登记,设为空缺位;有异常时,拍照取证,且在《员工离职清单》注明损坏情况,确定赔偿金额,并签字确认。
5.Ensures efficient management of all associate facilities andsanitation.
确保始终有效地管理宿舍的设备和卫生。
6.Masters overall staff’s dormitory distribution , hotelassociates’ stay status, generate and analysis which could conduct the possibleconsiderate arrangements on the room(s) and bed(s).
了解掌握酒店所有宿舍分布情况,清楚酒店人员入住情况,统计分析,做到合理安排各部门人员宿舍、床位分配工作。
7. Monitors the Cost Saving work like switch on and switch offbased on the related regulations, the investigation job requests to beconducted once there is any wastage in the staff’s dormitory. Any circumstancerequests handy.
监督开源节流工作和按规定开、关灯工作。如发现宿舍有浪费水电等情况,必须及时调查处理。
8.Checks the staff’s dormitory inner environment tidiness, thepunishment should take action if there any below the request.
定期(月度一次)检查宿舍环境内务卫生工作,对内务卫生达不到要求的,按宿舍管理条例进行处罚。
9.Be responsible for Copying metersend of each month and reported to People & Culture Office, Besides, assistin the payment of dormitory water and electricity charges, which will be copiedby People and Culture to Finance.
负责每月底抄独立电表、水表上报人事与文化办公室,并协助处理宿舍水电费等付款,由人事与文化部抄送财务部。
10.Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by superiors.
完成其它上级领导布置的工作。
11.Proficient in using office software and assisting with personnel work.
熟练使用办公软件并协助人事工作。
