Prepare ingredients for cooking, portioning, chopping, and storing.Wash and peel fresh fruits & vegetables.

Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish to be served.Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacle as per User Record.Set-up,clean and break down work station. Wash and disinfect kitchen area includingtables, tools, knives, and equipment. Notify manager if a product does not meetspecifications. Check and ensure the correctness of the temperature ofappliances and food.

Welcome and acknowledge allguests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear andprofessional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships withothers; support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to qualityexpectations and standards. Stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, andstooping. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less thanor equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job dutiesas requested by Supervisors
