Integrate corporate policies, procedure,guidelines, regulation and directives into the regulation of department. Thesafety and security of human lives and hotel’s assets are the essentialrequirement.
将酒店的政策,流程,指导方针,规章制度及指令融入部门。保护生命安全及酒店的财产是非常重要的要求。
Monitor the working performance of LossPrevention personnel; ensure there are compatible to their duties. Give adviceto improve their performance if appropriate.
监督防损员的工作表现,确保工作的协调性。给予恰当的建议从而改进他们的表现。
Assist manager to prepare department budget.
协助做好部门的预算。
Prepare and appraisal duty responsibility foreach position and duty in order to ensure smooth operations of day-to-daysecurity activities and functions.
准备和评估各岗位的工作职责,从而确保每日安保工作的顺利进行。
Assist to deal with problems relating to thesafety and security of human lives and assets.
协助处理相关治安及生命财产安全的问题。
Directs and co-ordinates all activities in theLoss Prevention department.
指导及协调所有防损部的工作。
Organizes systematic supervision and patrollingactivities by all Loss Prevention Personnel within and around the hotelpremises including storage and blind areas.
为所有防损人员组织系统的监管及巡逻,包括仓库及盲区。
Review and implement plans and programs for thehotel in all aspects of security management.
检查及完成所有酒店安全管理方面的方案及计划。
Recommends on safety requirements and beproactive and resourceful in the anticipation of changes in human and socialneeds pertaining to security in the hotel.
对安全要求提出意见,关于人们对于酒店安全的期盼及社会的需求,要有预见性。
Inspect on security systems and equipmentregularly. Ensure that all statutory obligations in relation to security aremet.
定期检查安全系统及设备。确保其符合法律规定。
Assist in the recruitment, training, coaching, counselling,evaluating performance and administration of all loss Prevention personnel.
协助完成所有安保员的招聘,培训,指导,咨询,评估及管理。
Liaise with Police, Fire Department, NationalSecurity Bureau and all relevant local authorities, and co-ordinate anyinquiries from them.
与警方,消防部门,国家安全局及相关地方当局建立联系,协助完成调查。
Conduct checks and be accountable for keyinventory/management.
对钥匙进行检查,清点并管理。
Conduct checks and record of all hotelwalkie-talkies regularly. Handle report to Loss Prevention Manager.
定期检查并记录酒店对讲机。并上交报告至部门领导。
Assist the Human Resources Department inconducting security checks on associates and their lockers.
协助人事部检查员工更衣箱。
Suggest and implement proper measure toeliminate potential hazards.
提出建议并采取相应措施从而减少潜在危险事故。
Participate in monthly fire drill with FireControl Supervisor.
与资深消防主管一起完成每月消防演习。
Any other duties as may be assigned from timeto time
执行防损部安排的其他任务。
2. EmergencyResponse紧急应对
In the event of emergency, instruct LossPrevention Personnel to perform their duties as the request of manager.
在紧急事件发生时,指挥所有当值防损员统一行动。确保按酒店应急预案的要求进行。
Coordinate with FO, ENG, HSKP, other departmentheads and Crisis Management Team to prepare rescue, evacuation, and recoveryactivities.
和其他部门及危急管理小组协调进行营救、疏散、急救、搜查等活动。
Provide appropriate suggestion on emergentresponse and recovery.
为应急提供恰当的建议。
In the event of absence of Loss PreventionManager, Asst. Manager should take the entire responsibility and make decisionin emergency.
在部门领导不在时,紧急情况下担负责任并作出决定。
3. Care ofEquipment设备维护
Oversee maintenance and handling of equipmentused.
监督设备的维护和使用。
Inspect property equipment that meet therequirement of security & safety procedure & policy; suggestappropriate improvement to concerned department if necessary.
检查设备,确保其符合要求,如有必要建议相关部门对设备进行适当的维护改进。
4.Training AndEmployees Activities培训和员工活动
Assist manager to improve the understanding ofsecurity & safety among all associates.
协助部门领导完善所有员工对安全流程的理解。
Take follow-up training for each department.
对每个防损员开展培训。
Participate actively in company initiatedemployee activities.
积极参与酒店组织的员工活动。
5. Grooming AndHygiene仪容和卫生
Adhere to the specified hygiene and personalappearance standards of the hotel.
遵守酒店关于卫生和员工仪容仪表的要求。
Make sure all Loss Prevention Personnel wasclear and obey these standards.
确保所有的防损员符合及遵守上述标准。
6.Attendance出勤
Adhere to the set procedures for attendance and time keeping.
遵守出勤和考勤制度。
All changes on shift, i.e. annual leave, change leave, no pay leave, etc.should be approved by Loss Prevention (Asst.) Manager.
所有班次的更改,例如:年假,调班,事假等,都应征得部门领导的同意。
7. CompanyPolicies And Procedures公司政策和程序
Adhere to the provisions outlined in the Employee’s Handbook DisciplinaryCode and Rules and Regulations. Ensure all department personnel understand andfollow these rules & regulation.
遵守员工手册内列出的规章制度。确保部门所有防损员理解及遵守相关规章制度。
8.EnvironmentalAwareness环境保护
Reduce waste to supplies and materials byreusing or selling.
循环利用或出售耗材以减少浪费。
Recycle, when possible.
尽可能的回收废弃物品。
Conserve water and energy by adhering toenvironmental / energy conservation checklist appropriate for her area.
根据环保节能的要求节约使用周边区域的水和能源。
9.GuidingPrinciples指导原则
Practice the guiding principles in day to dayinteractions.
将以上要求应用到日常的工作中。
资格证 / 等级证要求: 消防设施操作员(四级)、急救和保安上岗证书
