1.. To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力，在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用。
2. To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
与客人建立友善的关系。合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求。
3. To ensure that the outlet team projects a warm, professional and welcome image.
保证整个团队的融洽，专业和好客的形象。
4. To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of work as assigned.
根据规定完成开档和收档的工作。
5. To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage item in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up-sell alternative.
彻底的理解和掌握所有菜单中的食物和饮料的知识，并且运用在工作中进行推销销售。
6. To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
监控所有营运用品，减少破损和损耗。
7. To handle guest enquiries either by telephone in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
通过电话有礼貌的，有效率的处理客人的询问和投诉。如果问题不能马上解决，必须告诉客人，及确保问题得以解决。同时，及时地报告上级主管。
