The Security Guard is responsible for the provision of services that include but are not limited to securing external and internal entry control points, (personnel and vehicular), control of staff through enforcement of resort policies and procedures; provide a service to in-house guest by ensuring their personal safety during their stay; monitor guest and staff activity throughout the entire resort and to ensure safety and security for all occupants.

Security Officers will report to the Security Assistant Manager.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The identification, prevention and/or reduction of breaches of security
识别、防止和/或减少违反安全的情况。
Respond to alarms and disturbances.

Patrol assigned area / premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, gates, property and personnel.

The reporting of loss control related issues;

Controlling of access and egress
出入控制。
Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of staff, guests by foot or vehicle accessing the resort.

Perform Guard Patrol and use Guard Tour Baton and equipment as required
进行巡逻,并根据需要使用符合法律条件和危险等级情况下适用设备。
The maintenance of site related documents.

Provide visitor and contractor access and egress control

Controlling the removal of company assets from site

Resort wide implementation of Sanya Atlantis Policies and Procedures
在酒店中实施三亚亚特兰蒂斯酒店政策和程序。
Provide customer assistance.
为客户提供帮助。
Maintain a customer focused security approach with implementation of 80/20 rule.

Assist in maintaining all Resort policies and procedures through the use of the Security and Resort controls.

In the absence of a Supervisor, take charge and use initiative in day to day security operations and critical incidents including, but not limited to: emergencies, crises and evacuations

Assist in enforcing discipline and standards in line with resort policy and procedures
按照酒店政策和程序,在管理纪律和执行标准方面提供协助。
Provide report to Security Command Centre and ensure correct chain of command and communication channels is continuously maintained
向安保指挥中心提交报告,确保一直保持合适的指挥链和沟通渠道。
