To manage the operational application, monitoring, and enforcement of the Food Safety Program in place within the Resort and Employee
Residences to ensure the highest standard are implemented in all food handling areas of the business.

Key Duties and Responsibilitie 主要义务和职责
Ensure all food safety programs are successfully deployed and functioning at the Resort and Employee Residences.

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of the food safety system.

To investigate and report on food safety complaints and manage the corrective actions with all relevant departments
