岗位职责 Key Duties:
1、协助市场经理制定并执行客房、婚礼、MICE的媒体与市场计划,确保活动顺利推进。
Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing media andmarketing plans for Rooms, Weddings, and MICE, ensuring smooth implementation.
2、参与新产品推广计划的落地执行,确保与市场趋势和客户需求相符。
Participate in the execution of new product promotion plans, ensuringalignment with market trends and customer needs.
3、支持公关活动,整理并更新客房、婚礼、MICE相关信息,协助提升品牌曝光。
Support PR activities by organizing and updating information on Rooms,Weddings, and MICE to enhance brand exposure.
4、 协助管理赞助与跨界合作项目,确保合作伙伴有效传递品牌价值。
Assist in managing sponsorships and cross-marketing initiatives toensure partners effectively communicate brand value.
5、策划并执行客房、婚礼、MICE的摄影工作,确保高质量的宣传素材。
Plan and execute photoshoots for Rooms, Weddings, and MICE, ensuringhigh-quality promotional materials.
岗位要求 Ruirements:
1、具备2-3年奢华酒店、文旅行业或奢美相关品牌工作经验,英文听说读写熟练。
Have 2-3 years of experience in luxury hotels, cultural tourism, orluxury beauty-related brands, with proficient English communication skills(speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
2、熟悉线上营销推广技能,如小红书投放、微信投放、OTA投放。
Proficient in online marketing skills, including Xiaohongshu (Little RedBook) ads, WeChat ads, and OTA (Online Travel Agency) promotions.
3、具备市场策划与执行经验,熟悉客房、婚礼、MICE等领域的市场推广策略。
Experience in marketing planning and execution, with a goodunderstanding of promotion strategies for Rooms, Weddings, and MICE.
4、良好的沟通与协调能力,能够有效支持跨部门合作及外部合作伙伴关系。
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability tosupport cross-departmental collaboration and external partner relationships.
