Key Duties and Responsibilities

Process incoming and outgoing calls accurately.
准确地处理接入和拨出电话。
Listens, questions and analyses to determine underlying needs of customers. Rectify whenever possible, the customer’s concerns.
通过倾听,提问和分析以确定宾客的潜在需求,尽可能消除宾客的顾虑。
Provides accurate information to the customers in a clear, courteous and professional manner.
以清晰,礼貌和专业的方式向客人提供准确的信息。
Follow the various operating systems and procedures to serve the guest in a proper manner.

To handle, log, action and follow up on any guest queries as quickly as possible. Liaise and follow up with all departments concerned to ensure customer satisfaction.
