Art works for key employee communication tools including different HR areas, including different media and websites.

Employer Image selection for special activities and events.

Development of creative concepts in line with employer branding of Kerzner and Atlantis.

Identify opportunities to support organizational initiatives and develop communication materials and programs to promote and publicize these activities.

Assist in the development of recruitment materials and job fair concepts and strategies.

Develop and manage other media channels to facilitate timely and effective communication with or Colleagues which could include but is not limited to: E-mail newsletter, HR Portal, Intranet Site, Video Newsletter.

Support Learning & Development and Talent Management in the development of collateral, including training material, recruitment ads and presentations, and any other material that support the communication and education process.

Coordinate and cooperate with PR/ Marketing to ensure consistency between internal and external messaging / branding.

Conduct the annual employee engagement survey, deliver and present results, and support understanding / action planning process.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements :

Professional experience using the latest version of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
