To manage landscape overall work includingoutsourced staff management, landscape plant management, agrochemicalfertilizer management & natural disaster protection and recovery management,environment monitor and events safety. Individual has supervisory &budgetary responsibility. Focus on using best business practice to improveefficiency, by reducing operating costs while increasing productivity. Involvedin both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation tobuildings and premises
工作职责包括园林管理（外包人员管理、园林植物管理、农药肥料管理、园林器械管理&自然灾害防护及恢复管理）、环境/安全监管维护，活动组织等。需监督预算执行情况，提高效率,降低运营成本。参与战略规划和日常操作管理。
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Provide facilities and reliability engineeringsupport for the operation of facilities area. This includes enhancing safety, reliability and integrity of facilities,agrochemical fertilizer management & plant combination, ensuring complianceto codes and regulations, promoting best practices, providing subject matterexpertise and technical support, and collaboration on business opportunities.

Maintain and monitor effectiveness of reliabilityinitiatives and keep Risk Watch Report.

To manage outsourced staff management according tocompany standard.

Performs incidental related duties as assigned.

Ensures Engineering Purchase Request Policy isfollowed as laid down.

Returns to his immediate Senior, notification ofjob completed, time taken and materials used to complete the assigned job.

Will advise the senior on day-to-day problems.

Will carry out Engineering Policy as laid down.

To be fully aware and carry out healthy and safepractices at all times.

Must perform shift coverage as requested to do so.

Should be aware about the company HSE procedure. Organizedthe team to identify risks in the EHS field and check hidden dangers, developedand implemented improvement measures for various risks and hidden dangers, andcontinued to reduce risks.
组织班组做好EHS领域风险识别，隐患排查工作，针对各种风险隐患制定改善措施并加以落实整改措施，持续降低风险。
Organize the safety inspection of the team andimplement corrective measures until the problem is solved.

Should train the operatives and brief HSEprocedures on monthly basis.
按月度培训员工有关公司的HSE制度知识。
Carry out the instructions of the Director / VP.

Skills, Experience &Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
5 + years in Facilities Department in the role ofEngineer with maintenance capacity, other industry experience may beconsidered.
5年以上相关工作经验。
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
园林相关的专业本科学历。
Team working spirit.
具有团队协作精神。
Knowledge of computers is an advantage.
熟练使用电脑。
Strong rectification and analytical skills.
拥有的整改和分析能力，熟悉园林各种植物的习性，能给出具有专业的园林改建&设计方案。
Strong background in preventative / reactive maintenance.
在预防性维护和应急处理园林各方面问题的经验。
Multi-task with the ability to manage multipletasks and projects simultaneously.
