Ensure correct and timely receipt and issues of all food, beverage and general store items and maintenance cleanliness
of storerooms. overall responsibility for team success by agreeing implementing and monitoring individual and team
objectives and targets whilst ensuring company policies and procedure. Received stores and issuance supplies and
compiles records of supply transaction: verifies that supplies received are listed on requisitions/LPO

Ensure that the Atlantis Sanya policies and procedures regarding keys and store security are enforced at all times.

Assist Team leader of supervising the receipt, issues and storage of food beverage.
协助领班监督货物的收、发及仓储。
Safeguard the hotel’s food and beverage inventories by receiving and storing items adequately and protecting them
from pilferage and spoilage.

Assist team leader to maintain established maximum/minimum stock levels of all items under store responsibility.

Receive and verify daily inventory deliveries from receiver.
从收货部门接收并核实日常存货交付。
Ensure that all incoming merchandise is undamaged, in quantities as indicated in the accompanying invoice/delivery
docket and meets the resort standards for quality.
确保所有入库货物完好，数量正确，质量符合酒店标准。
Expedite purchase orders and follow up on delivery of ordered materials.
加快订单下达并跟踪已订货物的交付。
Updates computer inventory records.
更新电脑里的存货记录。
To upkeep the store in a tidy and safe manner.
