Job Summary

Assist in managing all webcast events in the hotel. Provide ASH with more customized and on-demand webcast events. Assist in optimizing the way and content of website live broadcasting and participate in live broadcast activities of ASH live channels on various channels.
协助管理酒店所有网络直播活动。为ASH 提供更多的定制化和基于需求的网络直播活动，协助优化网站直播方式及内容，参与各渠道ASH 的直播活动。
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Independently complete live broadcast content, interact with netizens, guide cognitive brands, guide fans to purchase recommended products, activate the live broadcast atmosphere, increase the number of fans and customer loyalty, increase live broadcast traffic, expand store influence, maintain the popularity of live broadcast rooms, and promote store product transactions
独立完成直播内容，与网友互动，引导认知品牌，引导粉丝购买推荐的商品，活跃直播气氛，增加粉丝的数量及粘性，增加直播流量，扩大店铺影响力，保持直播间热度，促进店铺产品成交。
Update industry knowledge in real time, collaborate with team partners, actively feedback work-related issues and make improvements
实时更新行业知识，与团队伙伴合作，积极反馈工作相关问题并进行改进。
Complete the preparation for the start of the broadcast, including familiarizing yourself with the product and script, and complying with the rules of the live broadcast room
完成开播准备工作，包括熟悉产品及脚本，遵守直播间规则。
Participate in the review of live broadcasts, understand, and analyze the same type of live broadcasts, and adjust the live broadcast style and content in stages
参与直播复盘，对同类型直播了解、分析，阶段性调整直播风格和内容等。
Daily live broadcast summary, summarize the problems in the live broadcast and give feedback, and continuously optimize the live broadcast process and words
每日直播总结，总结直播中的问题并反馈，不断优化直播流程与话术。
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
Good communication and presentation skills.
良好的沟通表达能力。
Conscientious and careful teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility.

Young and energetic, strong language expression skills, active thinking and interaction, and a sense of lens.

Love the media career, work proactively, and be able to withstand certain work pressure; Have good professionalism and professional ethics.

Experience in broadcast hosting and webcasting is preferred.
有播音主持、网络直播经验的优先。
