Manages assigned sales activities including direct sales, salessolicitation and sales administration. Primary responsibility is to sell Aquaventure, Lost Chambers, Dolphin Cay attractions at the maximum possible yield.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Responsibility for maximum possible revenue generation for Aquaventure, Lost Chambers, Dolphin Cay.

Must maintain rate integrity at all times.
始终维护价格体系。
Procure new and repeat business for Aquaventure, Lost Chambers, Dolphin Cay and Sea Lion Point by maintaining contact with key influencers in China.
同国内具有核心影响力的客户保持紧密联系以获得第一次及多次的业务订单。
Contract and develop relationships in Sanya with qualified new DMC’s, wholesalers, travel agencies, tour operators, schools, associations and corporations.
联系与发展符合亚特兰蒂斯要求的地接旅行社、旅游批发商、旅行代理商、旅游经营者、学校、协会和公司。
Proactively manage key accounts by maintaining contact with existing DMC’s, wholesalers and travel companies, through personal sales calls, telephone contacts and written communications.
通过销售拜访,电话销售和书面沟通的形式与地接旅行社,旅游批发商和旅游公司保持密切的合作关系。
Contribute to development of tactical activity within the sales plan.

Execute sales & marketing activity together with Senior Director / Associate Director as outlined in the sales and marketing plan.

Represent Aquaventure, Lost Chambers Dolphin Cay at international trade shows and road-shows if required.
在必要时代表亚特兰蒂斯水世界,水族馆,海豚小岛参加贸易展示会、研讨会及展会。
Identify and assess potential of new market opportunities.
对新市场进行潜能的认定与评估。
Seek innovative opportunities through all distribution channels that will specifically drive incremental exposure & consumer demand for Aquaventure, Lost Chambers, Dolphin Cay.
寻找渠道开发的创新思路,增加水世界、水族馆、海豚小岛增加曝光率并带动顾客的消费需求。
Regularly analyze current and potential markets/trends and competitor activities.
定期分析当前和潜在市场的动态以及竞争对手的市场活动。
Participate in weekly team meeting to share overview of workload, discuss ideas and ensure team communication is at optimum level.
参加每周销售例会,汇报工作内容,交流想法和思路以确保团队有效沟通。
Contribute to weekly sales report with good quality input.
递交高质量的周工作报告。
Build strong business relationships with clients and colleagues.
与客户和同事建立牢固的合作关系。
Ensure that all activity is properly thought through and operationally seamless.
确保活动的充分考虑并完美执行。
Work closely with Marine Waterpark Operational Team to execute all initiatives without impact on service at Ticketing Plaza.
在不影响正常售票的前提下,同水世界运营团队紧密合作,执行所有方案计划。
Review daily statistics from Aquaventure, Lost Chambers, Dolphin Cay in order to have a clear understanding of the business requirements.
审查水世界、水族馆、海豚小岛的每日统计数据,充分了解业务目标要求。
Properly tracks all actual sales stats for Month, Quarter and Year End production.
合理追踪月度,季度和年终收入统计。
