Responsible for the administration affairsand co-ordination of all administrative related issues for Human Resources Department;To provide administrative support to Vice President - Human Resources. Plus, responsiblefor the application, renewal and termination all expatriates work visa andresidence visa.
负责人力资源部的行政事务及协调所有与行政相关的问题,向人力资源副总裁提供行政管理支持。负责所有外籍员工的工作签证,居留许可证的申请、延期和注销。

Assist Vice President - HumanResources as and when required on the schedule of day-to-day basis.
根据需要协助人力资源副总裁完成日常工作;
Handle all appointments and keepstrack of Vice President - Human Resources’ daily schedule and engagements.
处理人力资源副总裁的所有会议并跟踪日程安排;
Ensure all correspondences, memos, letters,messages, emails or faxes are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly.
确保所有函件、备忘录、信件、信息、电子邮件或传真得到及时回复和传达;
Coordinate and facilitate the appointmentsof the Vice President - Human Resources with President, Managing Director, Owner’sRepresentative, and other Vice Presidents.
协调和推进人力资源副总裁与总裁、董事总经理、业主代表及其他副总裁之间的会议;
Coordinate and organize thearrangement among Vice President - Human Resources and the HR functional leaders.
协调和组织人力资源副总裁与人力资源分部门负责人之间的工作安排;
Handle and manage rank & file colleagues’request of the appointment to meet Vice President - Human Resources.
负责安排员工与人力资源副总裁的会面预约;
Takes minutes for the meeting asrequired; ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned.
根据要求做好会议纪要,确保将会议纪要分发给所有相关人员;
Co-ordinate with colleagues and representativesof other departments to ensure an efficient flow of communication.
与部门同事及其他部门代表协调,确保有效的沟通;
Ensure security and upkeep of allconfidential files for Vice President - Human Resources.
确保人力资源副总裁的所有保密文件的安全及维护;
Handle and follows up temporary assignmentsas assigned by Vice President - Human Resources.
负责并跟进人力资源副总裁分配的临时任务;
Handle daily checking, routine filingof documents, contracts and HR seal management.
负责日常文件审核、存档,合同及人力资源印章管理;
Maintain and manage officeenvironment and office equipment.
维护和管理办公环境及办公设备;
Maintain and manage office fixed assets and supplies inventory, anticipatingneeded supplies, evaluating new office products, placing and expediting ordersfor supplies, verifying receipt of supplies.
维护和管理办公室固定资产及办公用品库存、预估所需用品、评估新的办公用品,快速下单采购并核实确认收货;
Handle the work visa related issuesfor confirmed expatriate candidates before on-boarding.
负责外籍员工入职前的工作签证等相关事宜;
Apply for the work visa andresidence visa for the on-boarding expatriates.
办理入职外籍员工的工作签证和居留许可证;
Monitor and track the expiration datesof work visa and residence visa of all expatriate colleagues and renew accordingly.
管理和跟踪所有外籍员工的工作签证和居留许可证的有效期,并及时更新;
Properly terminate the work visa andresidence visa for the separated expatriate colleagues.
妥当注销离职外籍员工的工作签证和居留许可证;
Build good relations with HainanProvincial Employment Bureau, Sanya Foreign Affair Bureau, Sanya Entry-ExitManagement Bureau and other related government offices.
与海南省就业局、三亚市外事局、三亚市出入境管理局等相关政府部门建立良好关系;
Complete other tasks or dutiesassigned by Vice President - Human Resources.
完成人力资源副总裁分配的其他任务或职责。
