To assist guests with fitness requests and ensure that the fitnesscentre is kept clean and tidy at all times during the day as per resortstandards.

Key Duties andResponsibilities

§ Ensure that guest expectations aremet and exceeded, maintaining a safe workout environment, and activelysupporting and instructing guests in reaching their fitness goals.

§ Greet all arriving and departingguests in the fitness areas by name.

§ Must maintain detailed knowledge ofall free weight and cardiovascular equipment, including benches, cable weights,resistance equipment, cross-trainers, treadmills, stationary bikes, stairclimbing machines, exercise balls, and any other available fitness apparatus orequipment.

§ Provide explanations for exerciseroutines, techniques, benefits and proper use of equipment.

§ Responsible for personally assistingguest in the selection of their fitness offering upon request.

§ Must be able to follow theestablished guidelines for the proper execution for the selected group orindividual fitness program, adhering strictly to the protocols set forth by SpaManagement.

§ Monitor and ensure that equipment iskept clean and functioning correctly.
