Job Summary

Takes charge of the full operation of marine animal matrix social media accounts for The Lost Chambers Aquarium, cooperates with the in-house video editing team to build exclusive IP image for aquarium star marine creatures and boost online brand influence of the aquarium.
全面负责失落的空间水族馆海洋动物新媒体矩阵账号运营,协同内部剪辑团队打造水族馆明星海洋生物 IP,提升线上品牌影响力。
Key Duties and Responsibilities
主要义务和职责
Assist the roll out of media and marketing plans.
协助落地媒体投放及整体市场推广方案。
Ensure brand standards and identity are upheld in all activities (own and third party) aquarium social media content operation.
统筹自有及第三方全渠道活动,全程统一维护品牌标准与品牌形象。
Support public relations with information and updates to maximize PR opportunities.
及时更新度假区、水族馆各类宣传资讯,扩大品牌曝光渠道。
Develop collaterals to support business and sub-products.
策划制作各类宣传物料,支撑度假区各业态及细分产品宣传推广。
Maintain awareness of competitor activities in market.
持续跟踪文旅行业竞品营销动态,保持市场竞争洞察。
Collate ROI reports for promotional activities and media placement.
汇总促销活动、媒体投放相关数据,编制投资回报分析报告。
Assist with activities required by Assistant Director Marketing incl ad hoc promotions, presentations.
配合市场副总监完成各类专项工作,包含临时营销活动、方案汇报宣讲等。
Take charge of daily operation of the resort’s marine animal matrix social media accounts, coordinate with internal editing team to complete content creation and build distinctive star marine animal IP for the aquarium.
负责度假区海洋动物矩阵账号日常运营,协同内部剪辑团队完成内容产出,打造水族馆特色明星海洋生物 IP。
Independently finish topic selection planning, copywriting and script writing; coordinate shooting and post-editing work, conduct daily maintenance and operation for Douyin, Xiaohongshu, Bilibili and other mainstream platforms.
独立完成账号选题策划、文案脚本撰写,统筹拍摄与后期剪辑工作,负责抖音、小红书、B 站等主流平台账号日常运维。
Stay sensitive to internet trending topics, design event marketing and topic marketing campaigns themed on marine animals to increase account exposure and follower volume.
敏锐捕捉网络热点,围绕海洋动物策划事件、话题营销内容,提升账号曝光与粉丝增量。
Regularly analyze platform operation data, adjust content and operation strategies based on data feedback to produce high-traffic hit short videos and accounts.
定期复盘平台运营数据,根据数据反馈优化内容及运营策略,打造爆款短视频与流量账号。
Regularly sort out operation data of marine animal matrix accounts and submit operation analysis reports to Assistant Director Marketing.
定期整理海洋动物矩阵账号运营数据,向市场副总监提交运营分析报告。
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
技能、经验和教育要求
Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing and new media full-operation experience in resort or tourism industry.
3 年及以上文旅度假区市场营销、新媒体全流程运营相关工作经验。
Understand the market and the business development trend of resort, hotel and aquarium industry.
熟知酒店、度假区、水族馆行业市场环境及行业发展趋势。
Good management and execution skills.
优秀的统筹管理与落地执行能力。
Well-developed interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
良好的沟通协调能力与商务谈判能力。
Entrepreneur spirit, self-motivated, flexible and with an eye for details.
具备开拓思维,工作积极主动、灵活变通,对内容细节具备强把控力。
Be able to adapt well to different business environment changes and high-frequency content update rhythm of social media platforms.
能够快速适应业务变动,适配新媒体平台高频内容更新节奏。
Strong organizational, business analytical, and planning skills.
具备突出的活动统筹、数据复盘分析、营销方案策划能力。
Capable of full-cycle social media operation including topic planning, script writing, shooting coordination, video editing and daily account maintenance; familiar with traffic logic and operation rules of Douyin, Xiaohongshu and Bilibili.
掌握新媒体全链路运营能力,可独立完成选题策划、脚本撰写、拍摄统筹、视频剪辑、账号日常运维;熟悉抖音、小红书、B 站平台流量逻辑与运营规则。
High sensitivity to online hotspots, capable of developing event marketing and topic marketing plans combined with trending topics.
对网络热点具备高度敏感度,可结合热点策划落地事件营销、话题营销项目。
Prior successful operation experience of aquarium/animal-themed social media accounts is preferred; candidates with mature hit account operation cases are prioritized.
有水族馆、动物垂类账号成功运营经验优先;拥有爆款账号实操打造案例者优先。
