Ensures all correspondences, faxes,messages, emails are responded in a timely manner / disseminated accordingly.

Attend phone calls from guest andrespond to the emails received from guest and concerned individuals in a timelymanner.
参与并及时对来自客人或相关人员的电话和邮件予以反馈。
Ensures security and upkeep of alldepartment confidential files.
确保所有部门的机密文档能安全且妥善保管。
Assists the Managing Director as andwhen required on daily basis.
根据日常需要协助总经理工作。
Handles all appointments and keepstrack of Managing Director’s daily schedule and engagements.
处理并跟进董事总经理日常日程的安排和活动。
Handle and respond to inquiriesrelated to administration office and managing director.
处理并答复与行政办公室和董事总经理相关的问询邮件。
Maintains office supplies inventoryby checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies;evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies;verifying receipt of supplies.
通过检查库存来确定库存量来保证办公用品库存;预估所需的用品;评估新办公用品;放置并加快用品的订单;验证物品的收货。
Co-ordinates with colleagues andrepresentatives of other departments to ensure an efficient flow ofcommunication.

Contributes to team effort byaccomplishing related results as needed.

Takes minutes for the meeting asrequired, ensure to disseminate minutes to all concerned.

Prepares Operations Team Managementroster and distributes within the team.
制定运营团队管理的排班表并发给各成员。
Maintain and update all the file andcontracts which relate to the resort.
保持合同的更新文件及所有与酒店有关的所有事宜。
Follows up on promotion details,upon instruction to ensure that necessary promotional materials (manuals,flyers etc.) are prepared.

Handles and follows up on ad hocassignments as assigned by the Executive Assistant.

Routine filing of documents in anorganized manner.
