【Job Responsibilities】
【岗位职责】
Supervise and guide the security team in executing standardized operating procedures to ensure all security measures are properly implemented.
监督指导安保团队执行标准化操作流程，确保各项安保措施落实到位。
Handle emergencies and guest complaints, take appropriate measures to control situations, and contact relevant departments for assistance when necessary.
处理突发事件及宾客投诉，采取适当措施控制事态发展，必要时联系相关部门协助。
Conduct regular inspections of security facilities (e.g., firefighting equipment, surveillance systems) to ensure normal operation and maintain maintenance records.
定期检查消防设备、监控系统等安防设施，确保其正常运行并做好维护记录。
Assist in developing and implementing hotel safety emergency plans; regularly organize emergency drills for security personnel.
协助制定并执行酒店安全应急预案，定期组织安保人员进行应急演练。
Cooperate with public security authorities in related tasks; assist in investigating security incidents within the hotel.
配合公安机关开展相关工作，协助调查酒店内发生的各类安全事件。
Responsible for job training and daily performance evaluations of newly hired security staff.
负责新入职安保人员的岗位培训及日常考核工作。
【Job Requirements】
【岗位要求】
Solid foundation in martial arts or sanda (Chinese kickboxing) with practical application in defense and restraint. Must provide relevant certification (e.g., rank certificates, competition awards, professional training credentials) or undergo on-site skill assessment.
具备扎实的武术或散打功底，能实际应用于防卫与控制。需提供相关证明（如段位证书、比赛获奖证明、专业培训机构证明等）或接受现场技能评估。
Physically fit, robust, agile, capable of prolonged standing/patrolling, and handling high-intensity emergencies. No visible tattoos.
身体健康，体魄强健，反应敏捷，能适应长时间站立、巡逻及应对高强度突发状况，无纹身。
Familiar with security workflows, basic knowledge of safety prevention, firefighting protocols, and emergency procedures.
熟悉安保工作流程，了解安全防范、消防基础知识和应急处理程序。
No criminal record; upright character, strong sense of responsibility, loyalty, high professional ethics, and confidentiality awareness.
无违法犯罪记录，品行端正，责任心强，忠诚可靠，具备高度的职业操守和保密意识。
Preference given to veterans with combat expertise or security experience (e.g., armed police, special forces, reconnaissance units).
武警、特战、侦察兵等具备格斗专长或安保经验的退伍军人优先。
