Job Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for luxury suites to achieve and exceed annual revenue targets, with full accountability for sales performance.制定并执行高端套房的全面销售策略,确保达成并超越年度收入目标,对销售业绩全权负责。Proactively identify and acquire new high-net-worth clients while deepening relationships with existing VIPs through personalized service, fostering long-term loyalty and repeat business.积极开拓新的高净值客户,同时通过个性化服务深化与现有VIP客户的关系,建立长期忠诚度并促进重复消费。Act as the primary coordinator for the luxury guest experience, collaborating seamlessly with various resort departments to ensure a flawless and exceptional stay from pre-arrival to departure.担任高端客户体验的核心协调人,与度假区各运营部门紧密协作,确保客人从入住前到离店后全程无缝、卓越的体验。Conduct regular sales performance analysis and reporting, and manage the entire sales cycle from proposal creation, contract negotiation to payment collection.定期进行销售绩效分析与报告,并管理从方案制定、合同谈判到收款的全流程销售周期。
岗位要求
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience in international luxury hotels, high-end real estate, or the luxury goods sector5年以上国际奢华酒店、高端地产或奢侈品行业销售经验Possess a solid base of high-net-worth customer resources and demonstrate exceptional ability in new client acquisition and network development.具备优质的高净值客户资源基础,并展现出卓越的新客户开拓能力和人脉发展意识。Professional appearance and impeccable demeanor, coupled with superior social and communication skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure.形象职业,举止得体,具备卓越的社交、沟通能力及在压力下高效工作的心理素质。Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, with the ability to use both as working languages proficiently.具备优秀的中英文书面及口语能力,能熟练地将双语作为工作语言使用。
