As a Duty Engineer/Engineering Supervisor , we rely on you to
作为一名值班工程师/工程主管，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Develop the department's preventive maintenance plan to effectively ensure the safe and economic operation of hotel equipment and facilities.
2. Master the on-duty energy consumption and maintenance costs to ensure the hotel's maximum energy saving and cost saving.
3. Implement energy-saving operation plan and control operation and maintenance cost budget.
4. Assist in the analysis of project quotation, visit the site to check the construction and project progress.
5. Assist in the establishment of complete equipment technical files and maintenance files.
1.制定本部门预防性维修保养计划有效保障酒店设备、设施安全经济运行完好。
2.掌握当班能源消耗及维修费用，确保酒店最大限度的节能、节支。
3.推行节能运行计划的实施和运行维修费用预算的控制。
4.协助分析工程项目报价单，亲临现场检查施工与工程进度。
5.协助建立完整的设备技术档案和维修档案。
We are looking for someone who:
我们正在寻找一位具备以下条件的候选人：
1. 4 years of engineering experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
2.Professional
certification and license if required by law.
3.Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
4.Hotel experience preferred.

2.拥有相应岗位要求的专业证书或执照。
