As a Stewarding Captain, we rely on you to
作为一名管事部领班/仓管，你的主要工作职责为：
1. Supervise team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
2. Maintain area cleanliness and supervise cleaning staff.
3.Supply kitchen, restaurant with necessary items and equipment; plan and prepare tableware for banquets and events.
4. Distribute detergents and chemical supplies based on usage.
5. Monitor staff compliance with procedures, ensure tableware integrity,reduce breakage, maintain hygiene standards, and manage attendance.
6. Maintain good communication and relationship with kitchen and restaurant
teams.
1. 负责督导本部下属员工，维持日常工作的顺利运作转。
2.保持本区域的卫生清洁，督导检查清洁工的工作。
3. 负责向厨房、餐厅提供所需用品和设备，筹划和配备宴会等活动的餐具、物品。
4.根据使用量配发各种洗涤剂和其他化学用品。
5. 监督本区域员工按规定的程序和要求工作，保证餐具完整、降低破损、确保卫生质量，做好员工考勤。
6. 与厨房、餐厅保持良好的关系，加强沟通。
We are looking for someone who:

1.Familiar with brands, origins, characteristics, and prices of tableware and utensils;
know proper sorting and storage methods.
2.Know proper use of detergents and cleaning agents; proficient in operating
common dishwashing equipment and understanding their maintenance.
3.Strong sense of responsibility, diligent and reliable.
4.Up holds professional values, ethics and integrity at all times
1. 熟悉各种餐具用具的品牌、产地、特性及价格，懂得餐具用具的分类和保管方法；
2. 熟悉各种洗涤剂和清洁剂的使用方法，熟悉常用的餐具洗涤设备及其操作方法，了解它们的维修保养方法；
3. 有较强的责任心，工作认真踏实。
4.在任何时候都秉持专业的价值观、道德和诚信。
