MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要:
1.1 Responsible in achieving the Brand and Hotelpositioning objectives locally and internationally through Public Relations andPromotion activities.

1.2 Assists the Directorof Sales & Marketing in the development of Marketing and Promotion plansand in budget preparation.
协助市场销售总监制定市场推广计划及制作预算
1.3 Represents andpromotes the hotel by maintaining constant contact with the media, localcommunity, the customer base and Marriott corporate office.
与媒体、本地社区及万豪总部保持密切联系,代表宣传酒店形象
1.4 Supervisors theDigital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer to ensure all daily tasks arecompleted in a timely fashion.
管理市场传讯部,保证每天的工作及时地完成
1.5 To protect the correct image and positioning ofthe hotel and Brand by meeting corporate standards in all collateral andadvertising material.
保证所有的宣传资料和广告都达到集团的标准,维护酒店的正确形象和定位
1.6 To develop and follow through in publicrelations activities and be responsible to produce promotional materials, presskits and arrange press and media coverage.
开拓并实施公关活动,负责制作促销资料、对媒体宣传资料及安排在媒体对酒店的报道
1.7 Handle cashes, petty cashes, checks, bills,long/short cashes legally according to Marriott policy and procedure.
按照酒店万豪政策合规处理现金、备用金、支票、信用卡、账单、长短款等,遵守所有公司政策和程序。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
2.1 A Communicates andsubmits appropriate material to all marketing channels and organizations thatassists in promoting the hotel to ensure they are well equipped to sell theproperty.
与各种营销渠道及组织沟通并提供合适的材料以确保他们有足够的资料促销酒店的服务
2.2 Co-ordinatesvarious media and marketing activities and events.
与各种不同的媒体合作,参加各种营销计划及大型活动
2.3 Co-ordinatespress releases with appointed PR Agency as required of hotel publicity.
发布酒店重大事件和管理成员任命的新闻
2.4 Liaises withadvertising and public relation agencies.
建立,保持与广告商和公共关系组织的关系
2.5 Buildsprofile within local marketplace through attendance at various events and localmarketplace.
在本地市场内,通过参加各种营销活动,树立酒店的品牌形象
2.6 Oversees and coordinates hotel photography when required

2.7 Maintains the image of the Hotel and the Brand.

2.8 Draws up the Public Relation action, advertising, and media plan on anannual basis for the hotel.

2.9 Organize regular visits by professional persons from the media andmembers of the trade to the hotel.

2.10 Ensures that stationary and printed items are standardized and conformsto the Marriott standards.

2.11 Monitors and ensures complete awareness of competitor activities and useinformation when developing strategies.

2.12 Plans and coordinates all sponsorship activities

2.13 Takesownership by developing, executing and following up on the hotel's publicrelations and advertising schedules.

2.14 Organizes promotionalevents, including invitations to the media, and other related key opinionleaders.
在市场销售总监的指导下,组织媒体体验活动
2.15 Workseffectively in a team.

2.16 Abides bythe Marriott Employee Handbook.
遵守万豪集团酒店员工守则
2.17 Abides bythe Marriott police and procedures.

2.18 Carry outother tasks as directed by immediate supervisor.
