MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES 职责概要:

SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1. Function as primary support to the Director ofHuman Resources including activities in planning, organizing and executingactivities leading to the training and development of qualified associates.
支持人力资源总监计划、安排和实施各种活动,以培训和发展优秀员工;
2. Oversee the day-to-day operations and functionsof the Learning & Development Department.
组织学习与发展部日常运作;
3. Prepare annual training plan according totraining need analysis of each department and the recommendation from theLeadership Team.
根据部门培训需求和管理层的要求准备年度培训计划;
4. Design, organize and facilitate trainingactivities and programs according to the training plan and monthly trainingschedule.
根据培训计划和月度培训日程,设计、安排和实施培训;
5. Ensure training facilities and logistics are wellprepared and provided.
保证培训器材和设施完好;
6. Develop and conduct effective orientation programsfor new-hired hotel managers and associates.
为新入职员工和经理设计并讲授入职培训;
7. Assess training effectiveness by carry out courseevaluation and regular meetings with Leadership Team.
通过对课程的评估及与管理层的定期会议,对培训效果进行评估;
8. Assist managers in sourcing, obtaining ordeveloping training courses, training aids and materials.
协助经理发掘、获得和设计培训课程及培训资料;
9. Ensure the number of training hours beingcompleted based on Marriott and hotel requirement and maintain an up-to datetraining records for all managers and associates.
根据万豪的标准,保证培训小时数的完成。确保经理和员工的培训记录及时更新;
10. Provide advice and assistance to managers andassociates on all matters pertaining to training.
为经理和员工培训提供建议和支持;
11. Source and organize training and developmentprogram for supervisory and management associates.
为主管和经理开发和安排培训课程;
12. Co-ordinate the implementation of CorporateManagement Training.
协调公司管理培训;
13. Prepare training assessment report and monthlytraining report.
准备培训评估报表和月度培训报表;
14. Work with DHR/AHRM on the hotel training programsand learning systems to support workforce planning and career development.
与人力资源总监或助理人力资源经理一同开展培训课程和培训体系,以支持人力计划和员工事业发展;
15. To organize Annual Associates Party and differenttypes of sports and recreation program for hotel associates to achieve totalassociates satisfaction.
组织年度员工晚会及其他运动娱乐活动,以实现员工整体满意;
16. Inspect all heart of the house areas to ensurethe compliance of the hotel’s standard requirement.
检查酒店后区以确保酒店标准的执行;
17. Perform all duties and responsibilities in atimely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies andprocedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
及时高效完成本职工作和职责,根据公司政策和程序以实现本岗位的目标
