MAJOR FUNCTION 主要职能:
Responsible for assisting director of event managers and event supervior handling the effective control of his / her time. Day-to-day affairs, answering a call, and politely asked the caller's name and departments. Helping guests and to meet their needs.The responsible for adhering to all Marriott SOP’s or LSOP’s and policies.
协助和宴会统筹经理和宴会统筹有效地支配他/她的时间。处理日常事务,接听来电,并有礼貌地询问 来电者的姓名和部门协助客人并满足其需求.服从所有万豪的服务标准和本地区服务标准和政策。
Handle cashes, petty cashes,checks,bills,long/short cashes legally according to Marriott policy and procedure.
按照酒店万豪政策合规处理现金、备用金、支票、信用卡、账单、长短款等,遵守所有公司政策和程序。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任務 :
OPERATIONS运营
1. Tracing files to insure proper finalization of program.
追踪每个活动以确保活动正常进行。
2. Ensure that the activities of the banquet-circulated to relevant departments-Works, Housing and Works Department, or related restaurant.
确保宴会活动单分发到相关各部门:工程部、房务部 或相关餐厅
3. Support director of event management for the importation proposal and do daily updates.
能按时间先后顺序,正确处理各种日常信件。协助宴会统筹经理输入提案并做日常的更新
4. Ensure that all banquet activities alone have been saved in the banquet Event manager of the tracking file.
确保所有的宴会活动单已保存在统筹经理的跟踪档案中
5. Circulated daily activities to the activities of the
former single-examination.
分发每日活动单前要对活动单进行检查
6. Not the end of the activities or cancelled as soon as possible to sum up
and write the report
月底对没有得到的或被取消的活动尽快进行总结,并写出报告
7. Advance confirmation of the contract has been signed and filed.
提前确认合同已附签字并存档
8. Keep copies of all BEO’s, along with beverage requisitions. (electronic edition)
复印和保存所有 BEO 单据(可电子化)
9. Contact with guest after each function to ensure guest’s satisfaction.
每个活动结束后须电话致电给客人以确保客人满意
10. Delegates tasks to ensure room sets are“on time”and meet events service standards
委派的任务是确保房间“按时”并符合事件服务标准
11. Projects supply needs for the department (e.g.,pads,pens,candy jars,bottled water/wate/rpitchers).
项目供应需求 (例如:会议皮垫板,笔,糖果,瓶装水/水扎壶)
12. Coordinates the necessary departments to maintain the meeting room standards

13. Acts as a liaison between Banquets,Events planning,Event Delivered teams and the group contact throughout the event,Tracing files to insure proper finalization of program .

14. Responds to and handles guest problems and complaints

15. Inspection of operations three times each shift.

16. Conduct training classes.

17. Co-ordinate all food requirements with the kitchen, including accurate counts for preparation and plating.

18. Insure that all schedule Banquet functions take place on time and according to plan and make last minute change if in need .
确保宴会会议按照计划准时开始及预计可能的最后变化如果客人需要的话
19. Make personal contact with guests an assist them with any requests.
与顾客建立个人联系,帮助他们解决任何问题
20. Ensures function rooms are set according to event documentation (BEO,resumes,etc.) and customer requirements
确保会场有按照活动文件 (宴会预订通知单、简历等) 以及客户所要求地去设置
21. Prepare or review a critique made of every function. All problem areas should be noted and either corrected or a proposed solution should be forwarded to the Banquet Operation Manager and Assistant F&B Manager.
准备/复阅每次宴会活动的批评意见,所有的确问题都要表明,要么纠正,要么提供建议给
22. Conduct briefings and attend weekly function meetings with banquet operations.
主持与宴会部每周的宴会会议
23. Keep copies of all BEO’s, along with beverage requisitions. (electronic edition)

24. Bench-mark and recommend new products and/or methods of operation.
提出新的销售产品和运做方式。
25. Ensure 2-3 business days in advance.
提前 2-3 个工作日询问客户确认最后的保底人数

1. Responsible for the maintenance of discipline and a high level of morale among events service associates.
保持一支高水准的员工队伍。
2. Attend departmental daily “15 Minute” training program & Taste Panel.”
参加部门每天十五分钟的培训。

1. Insure that all guest complaints/requests are handled to the guest’s satisfactio
确保所有客人的投诉和要求得到满足
2. Responsible for reporting all guest and associate accidents immediately to the Event Manager so that accident reports may be prepared/further assistance may be obtained.
及时将所有顾客和员工的意外事故反映给宴会统筹经理,以便能提供更多帮助
3. Attend all function meetings (pre-convention & post-convention if in need).
