SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
1. Function as primary support to the Director/Manager including activities in employment, recruitment, benefits, payroll, and associates relations.
在员工活动、招聘、福利、工资、员工关系等方面支持部门总监或经理;
2. Assist the DHR/AHRM to develop and implement the hotel’s business plan.
协助人力资源总监或人力资源经理建立和执行酒店的计划;
3. Be responsible for the monthly inspection of staff dormitories and the follow-up of daily maintenance.
负责员工宿舍月度检查及日常维修的跟进;
4. Be responsible for the inspection of first-aid kits and the purchase of medicines.
负责急救箱的检查及药品采购
5. Be responsible for the procurement and receipt of daily operation items for the department.
负责部门日常运营物品的采购及收货
6. Assist the Learning and Development Manager in preparing posters and video production for hotel takecare activities, and maintain the hotel's Human Resources Department's official account on WeChat and video account.
协助学习与发展经理准备酒店关爱活动的海报及视频制作,维护酒店人力资源部公众号及视频号
7. Assist L&D Leader to implement the training function to support corporation’s business objectives and management continuity goals.
协助学习与发展负责人在酒店实施培训活动以支持酒店的经营目标及持续的管理目标;
8. To assist in conducting employee orientation and hotel tour for all new hired associates and ongoing programs to foster positive attitude to company goals.
协助员工入职培训、参观酒店及其他培训课程的推广,以加强积极的公司目标;
9. Maintain hotel training records for legislative on a regular basis.
确保酒店培训记录日常化,规范化;
10. Update Learning & Development notice board with all information on “what is happening in and outside hotel” and training information.
负责更新培训告示牌上的信息,发布“店内、外最新消息”和培训信息;
11. Coordinate training plan and training report. Keep and track training data.
协调培训计划和培训报告。保留并更新培训数据和资料;
12. Responsible for training facilities. Maintain training room in good condition.
负责培训设备。确保培训教室保持良好状态;
13. Assist to organize reward and certification programs.
协助组织授奖和证书颁发活动;
14. Keep records of each individual associate on every training he/she attended of the hotel in the HR system.
在人力资源系统中保留每位员工的培训记录;
15. Assist in creating competitions or projects to sharpen skills and knowledge.
协助发起竞赛或活动来提高、强化技能和知识;
16. Assist in coordinating departmental cross-training.
协助协调部门间交叉培训;
17. Implement training function and conduct training programs which are certified by L&D Leader.
经学习与发展负责人认可,主持部分培训课程;
18. To organize Annual Associates Party and different types of sports and recreation program for hotel associates to achieve total associates satisfaction.
协助组织年度员工晚会及其他运动娱乐活动,以实现员工整体满意;
19. Ensure compliance and fair application of corporate, legal and hotel human resources policies and procedures.
保证执行公司、法律及酒店的政策和程序;
20. Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures to achieve the overall objectives of this position.
根据公司政策和程序,及时高效完成各项工作;
21. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all associates to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate.
与所有员工保持积极的工作关系,以建立和提高团队合作和和谐;
22. Follow up and complete other work items assigned by the Human Resources Director or the superior manager.
