管事部经理 Stewarding Manager

Job Purpose:
工作目的
Complete responsibility for the highest level of sanitation and hygiene
standards in the hotel. To ensure all
food served to guests and associates are free of microbiological, chemical and
physical contamination, and all work areas conform to minimum requirements set
by local health authorities. To ensure
the food safety system is in compliance with the Banyan Tree Food Safety
Management System Corporate Manual and HACCP program.
在酒店执行高标准的清洁与卫生标准，以确保所有提供给客人及员工的食品无微生物的、化学的及物理性的污染；确保所有工作区域均遵照酒店当地的卫生监督机构的要求；确保酒店的食品安全体系按照悦榕集团食品安全管理体系手册与HACCP程序的要求执行。
岗位职责：
1. According to the
rules and regulations of the hotel, the hotel purser department in supervision
and management.
根据酒店的规章制度，对酒店管事部的工作进行督导和管理。
2. Due to the
supervisor of the health and the work report for review and follow-up,
corrective and improvement unqualified place, to ensure that the health
standard for the implementation of full and accurate.
对主管上交的卫生和工作报告进行复查和跟进，纠正和整改不合格的地方，确保酒店的卫生标准得到完整正确的落实。
3.Floor, ceiling,
drainage, chiller, dishwashing machine and kitchen equipment must be kept in
good working conditions.
地面、天花板、下水道、冷库、洗碗机及厨房设备必须保持在良好的工作状态。
4. Organized system
of pest control prevention
系统的虫害防治系统。
5.Mmaintain
associates washrooms in good hygiene condition
维护员工更衣室良好的卫生状况.
6.Cost Controller
for all matters related to suppliers storage and receiving
与成本控制员沟通供货、收货事宜.
7.Regular audit of
all food preparation areas as per Banyan Tree manual
根据悦榕集团手册，定期检查食品制备区域；
8.To ensure the
corporate reporting requirements meet in a timing basis.
确保按时上交集团要求的报告。
9.Ensures that all
activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of
local law. Observe the Labor Law.
