Job Purpose:
工作目的
To assist the Human Resources Manager by ensuring that all clerical
and administrative functions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
according to the departmental procedures.
根据部门的规程,协助人力资源副经理按时准确地完成所有文书和管理工作。
KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1.
Responsible for all
recruitment issues for some associates, recommend suitable candidate
for respective department.
负责部分员工的招聘工作,制作每月招聘计划,及时给部门提供合适的候选人。
2.
To administer the
performance review system according to the annual schedule
根据年度计划执行绩效评估系统。
3.
To keep records of
the personnel activities required at month end submitting operational reports
on time.
做好月度人事变动记录,并按时完成月度报表。
4.
Provide HR
administration support e.g. investigate associates’ grievances, explaining
policies to property HR associates etc.
提供人力资源行政支持,如就员工的不满之处进行调查,并将本酒店的政策向员工做解释等。
5.
Ensure the
organization is in full compliance with all local employment legislation
including those relating to associate benefits, termination, etc,provide necessary
advice to management team.
保证企业完全遵守当地所有的劳动法律,包括相关的薪酬和解雇等;必要的时候向管理层提供建议。
6.
Approval all of the
department JD and ORG-Chart, find problem and provide the suggestiongs to AHR
manager.
审核所有岗位职责说明书及组织结构图,发现问题及时向人力资源副经理提出建议。
7.
Supervise and guide
HR Coordinator ‘s work, and provide necessary training. Assist HR Manager to
manage daily work in HR department.
监督和指导人力资源协调员的工作,并提供相应的培训,协助人力资源副经理管理人力资源部的日常工作。
8. Assist HR Manager on other
personnel administration.
完成人力资源副经理安排的其他工作。

· Excellent local and English language skills 优秀的当地语言和英语技能
· Ability to perform clerical duties 执行文书工作的能力
· Strong administration skills 较强的管理技能
· Proficient computer
