Job Purpose:

Responsible for assisting the
Executive Chef in the running of the Ensure Sales action plans of the
organization

KEY RESULT AREAS
主要工作职责
1.
Assist Director of
Sales and Marketing to achieve hotel’s overall sales objectives.
协助市场销售总监实现酒店的整体销售目标
2.
Develops strategies
for forecasting and analyzing sales needs and developing effective product
responses, delivery systems and methods of measuring and evaluating
results.
开发新的销售战略用以预测及分析销售需求开发有效地产品回馈信息，传达系统，及衡量牌价结
果的新方法。
3.
Develops new and/or
improved products to improve the competitiveness and maximize profitability;
promotes marketing awareness and clearly communicates the marketing objectives
to support the achievement of plans and sales goals.
开发新的/或改进产品，提高竞争力和利润最大化，提升营销意识，明确的传达营销目标，有效支持实现销售计划和目标。
4. Implement all sales action plans
relate to his/her zoning areas as outlined.
　 拟定相关销售计划
5. Plan sales call activities under
the direct approval of DOS to major marketing areas, calling on existing and
potential accounts within their specific areas.
　 拟定市场销售总监审核的主要市场电话销售计划， 致电潜在客户并有针对性的进行销售
6. Provide information on changing
market conditions, including trends in the competition, as a result of direct
mail. Arrange an accompany clients on fame/site inspection tour.

7. Develops, implements and
evaluates short-term tactics and long-range sales plans and programs.
Focus on customer needs and expectations

8. Sales Targets: To achieve sales
objective and goal to generate maximum high yield in accordance with the
specific sales action plan.
