1. Manage in-comingclients enquiries received via fax, phone and email effectively to ensure allcalls are handled professionally, promptly and courteously.
确保用专业,及时及礼貌的标准处理好客户通过来电,传真 邮件的形式的问询。
2. Provide accurateresorts & hotels information to all clients and efficient coordination ofrequests from FITs or Groups to ensure high level of customers’ satisfaction.
对客户提供准确的酒店信息,有效率的协助来自散客及团队的需求,确保客户的满意度。
3. Possess excellentproduct knowledge to enhance work efficiency and productivity.
具备出色的酒店产品知识,提高工作效率及效绩。
4. Convert eachcaller’s enquiry into reservations with the relevant tactical programsdeveloped by sales.
从销售中获取相关的战略性销售方法,努力使每位客人的问询变为实质预定。
5. Assist sales team toachieve sales targets by promoting and representing appropriate tactical salesprograms to prospects.

6. Provide efficientsupport by maintaining an updated product file for the various resorts, thus,ensuring the Team has the most current information readily upon request.

7. Collate reports andprepare presentation materials

8. Provideadministrative support to the Sales Team in terms of preparing sales quotationand proposals.
