Job Purpose:

To ensure ongoing day to day air conditioner maintenance as well as preventative maintenance is carried out in an efficient and timely manner according to engineering practices.
根据工程部的实际要求确保每天的维修和预防性维护工作有效率地有条不紊开展。
KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Conducts routineproperty inspections as directed to determine maintenance requirements orupgrades and improvements to the property and its assets.
进行设备设施的日常检查, 决定对资产的维修需求升级和提高
2. Responsible forensuring that all rules and regulations regarding safe working practices arecomplied with
负责确保安全操作的规章制度落到实处.
3. Handles specific jobrequests as directed in an efficient and timely manner
用有效和及时的方式, 有引导地处理具体的工作要求.
4. Participates inpreventative maintenance programmes as directed

5. Assigns specifictasks and job requests to subordinate staff and supervises their day to dayactivity

6. Co-ordinates withDepartment Heads regarding specific maintenance activities

7. Report unusual orspecial incidents to Chief Engineer for action and follow-up.

8. Assists in themaintenance of efficient administration preparing and submitting reports ontime as directed
