1. Directs and controls all subordinate VillaAttendants to ensure that all day to day operational matters are handled ontime and guest expectations are met.

2. Assigns villas for cleaning as per schedules andmonitors the cleaning process.
按要求安排清洁和监管清洁程序。
3. Ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned on time,checks them on completion of cleaning and reports back to housekeeping oncecomplete.
确保空房及时清洁,检查清洁完成情况,完成时及时报告给办公室。
4. Reports engineering failures and breakdowns andfollows up on repair schedules
报告工程缺陷,跟进维修的进度。
5. Oversees the cleanliness and maintenance ofhousekeeping pantries ensuring par stocks are properly in order
监督客房部工作间的干净和维护,确保物品摆放有序。
6. Monitor plant condition and report any problems tosupervisor immediate.
监管植物状况,发现问题立即报告给上级主管。
7. Oversees the mini bar operation ensuring bars arerestocked in a timely and efficient manner.

8. Oversees the issuing, controlling and application ofhousekeeping cleaning chemicals.
