1. Cleans and services all guest villas according tothe pre-determined standards as per schedules
根据预先的标准，清洁和服务客房。
2. Turns down guest rooms in a timely manner asdirected
按要求及时给客人提供开夜床服务。
3. Reports engineering failures and breakdowns toimmediate supervisors
及时向主管报告工程缺陷
4. Cleans and maintains housekeeping pantries ensuringpar stocks are properly in order
清洁和维护客房部的工作间，确保存储物紧然有序
5. Ensures housekeeping carts are clean, tidy andproperly stocked for use
确保客房部的车干净整洁，存放有序。
6. Check plants and report any problems to supervisorimmediately
检查植物，发现问题立即报告给主管
7. Report mini bar consumption to the HousekeepingSupervisor and assist in minibar replenishment

8. To attend to any ad hoc guests requests ensuringthat they are is properly attended to
