2. To engage in foodand beverage service delivery as per the predetermined standards and sequence
按照指定的服务标准及流程从事餐前准备
3. To have thoroughknowledge of the menu, drinks list and wine list and to be able to respond toguest inquiries.
熟悉菜单,饮料单及酒水单并能够正确的回应客人的需求
4. To ensure thatguests expectations are met or exceeded by providing an efficient, friendly andattentive service

5. Liases with thekitchen, stewarding, bars and housekeeping in operational matters to ensure theoperation runs smoothly
与厨房,管事部,酒吧,客房部及工程部等相关部门协调以确保每日运营顺利进行
6. Collects anddelivers laundry according to hotel procedure
按酒店程序收集并输送布草
7. Checks and collectssupplies from the stores according to hotel procedure
按程序检查所需货品,收货
8. Maximizes revenue inthe outlet by implementing upselling procedures
