1. Contributes to themorale and team spirit of the hotel by building and maintaining effectiverelationships with hotel colleagues and associates, instilling confidence anddemonstrating “chemistry” with key constituents and the workforce in general.

2. Performs anyadditional duties as specifically directed by the General Manager.

4. Is polite andprofessional in any situation, particularly where the image and reputation ofthe hotel are represented.

5. Attends meetings andtraining, as and when required.

6. Is responsible forensuring that all activities within the training department are carried outhonestly, ethically and within the parameters of the local laws.

7. Is fully conversantwith the hotel’s health and safety, fire and emergency procedure.

8. Supports theCorporate Social Responsibility program of the Group through the developmentand implementation of policies and programs that contribute toenvironment-friendly and community-sensitive practices in the Group’s hotelsand resort.

12. Ensures that allactivities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters oflocal law. Observe the Labor Law.
