Planning, execution and optimize thedigital marketing campaign on time basis to increase the brand and hotelawareness through digital channel and achieve the goal of each digitalchannels;

Develop the new digital channel toincrease the revenue from potential target market;

Leverage digital marketing initiatives toempower the digital channels to achieve the goal;

Work closely with revenue and marketingteam to optimize the digital channel performance.

Closely work with Capella Hotel Groupdigital distribution and online marketing to support the brand campaign localexecution.
与嘉佩乐集团数字分销及线上营销部门保持紧密联系,积极回应与支持集团线上营销战役。
Maintain good business relationship withall producers.

Conduct sales campaign by direct sales call/ visits/mailing for OTA business from all digital sources for bookings andleads.
对线上旅行社和其他数字销售渠道通过电话销售、访问、邮寄开展销售活动。
Ensure all incoming correspondence andtelephone enquiries are handled with efficiency and great care to build up apleasant working relationship.

Keep clients advised of latest informationregarding hotel’s development.
记录客户对于酒店发展的建议和更新的信息。
Assist in conduct training to new staff.
协助新员工的培训工作。
To know clearly the hotel objectives andsales target set for his/her area of responsibilities breakdown into weekly,monthly and yearly target set forth in the sales plan.

Constant customer contact directed towardsexisting customers and potential customers.

To conduct daily sales visit to assignedaccounts to solicit business for the hotel for bathrooms and food &beverage through effective client account management.

Identifies and handles sales leadseffectively and efficiently.

To provide after-sales service inparticular to ensure all guest complaints are taken seriously and discussedwith respective department when necessary.

Monitors and reports on market andcompetition within own market segment.

To upkeep of updated record of all salesactivities for each accounts (including updated database, production tracking,trends and movement of each accounts).

To develop and maintain a proper databasefor assigned accounts on a daily basis.
对指定客户的数据信息做到每日更新。
To prepare and submit weekly and monthlyreports required to be submitted to the S&M Manager.
向市场销售部经理提交每周和每月报告。
To participate in“revenue” monthly reviewwith S&M Manager.
与市场销售部经理一起参加每月收益回顾。
Participate in daily, weekly and monthlysales meeting to update S&M Manager on the activities of each accounts andmarket trends

Abides by both the hotel and corporatepolicies and procedures.

Analyses, evaluates and improves personalperformance on a continual basis.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
学士学位,工商管理、市场营销、酒店和餐厅管理或相关专业。
3 years’ experience in the sales andmarketing or related.
3年以上销售和市场营销或相关专业工作经验。
Solid knowledge on digital channelsregarding to content distribution, mechanism of each digital platform and OTA;
具备关于数字渠道的内容分发、各数字平台的运营机制的专业知识。
Excellent spoken and written communicationskills in both English and Mandarin are a must.
必须具有良好的中英文交流及写作能力。
Ability to work independently and longhours.
能独立并长时间的工作。
Ability to prioritize, follow up and bewell organized with good attention to details.
有优先考虑问题的能力,跟进和组织能力,注重细节。
Good ability of communication, coordinationand dealing with emergency and pressure.

Sales background is preferred.
