The Role 岗位职责:
1. Proactively identifies, qualifies, and solicits new catering and event business to exceed personal and hotel revenue goals.
积极识别、认证并开发新的宴会与活动业务,以超越个人及酒店收益目标。
2. Developsand implements comprehensive event sales strategies and action plans inalignment with the annual hotel business plan.
根据酒店年度业务计划,制定并实施全面的宴会销售策略与行动计划。
3. Understands the competitive market landscape, key account demographics, and competitors'strengths and weaknesses.
了解竞争市场环境、主要客户群体特征及竞争者的优劣势。
4. Uses negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to craft and close complex event proposals.
运用谈判技巧和创造性销售能力,完成复杂活动方案的策划与签约。
5. Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new clients, event planners, andkey corporate accounts to enable future bookings.
建立并加强与新老客户、活动策划公司及关键公司客户的关系,以获得未来预订。
6. Manages the event pipeline, including forecasting, booking pace, and revenue management for the events segment.
管理宴会活动业务渠道,包括市场预测、预订进度及该细分市场的收益管理。
7. Ensures allevent orders (Banquet Event Orders) are accurately detailed and effectively communicated between sales and operations departments.
确保所有活动订单(宴会活动订单)细节准确无误,并在销售与运营部门间进行有效沟通。
8. Overseesthe event planning process to ensure all arrangements and requirements agreed with clients are flawlessly executed.
监督活动策划流程,确保所有与客户确认的安排和要求得到完美执行。
9. Workscollaboratively with the Food & Beverage and Culinary teams to design competitive event packages and menus.
与餐饮部和厨务部紧密合作,设计具有竞争力的活动套餐与菜单。
10. Accountable for the Events department P&L, expense management, and achieving budgeted revenue and profitability.
对宴会部门的损益、费用管理及达成预算收入和利润率负责。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort (preferably luxury brands)
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是豪华品牌的酒店)
Have professional training in hospitality industry
有过专业化的训练
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话
Having good communication skills
良好的沟通能力
Able to operate basic computer skills
正确应用基本电脑系统
Command organization system in our department,knowledge how to make or motivate people work, cooperate with other departments.
能够指挥本部门的组织系统,知人善任,调动下级的积极性,协调与其他部门的关系
