The Role 岗位职责：
To assist Chief Engineering in themanagement, organization and control of all areas of responsibilities asestablished by the hotel.
协助工程总监管理，组织运行和控制酒店指定工程部负责的区域。
To act on behalf of Chief Engineering inhis absence.
在工程总监休假期间代理总工工作。
To ensure compliance and implementation ofthe following engineering programs :
保证集团的政策和程序得到执行，如下：
1.Fire life & safety preventivemaintenance program消防生命安全
2.Effective preventive maintenance program高效酒店预防性维护保养程序
3.Work request (work order) program申请维修程序
4.Energy conservation program节约能源计划
5.Water & sewage quality control program供水和排水水质控制计划
6.Training program 培训计划
7.Safety tag program安装危险警示标记
8.Ken fix it program（CARE）综合维修工计划
To provide supervision and guidance and onthe job training to associates and to follow up on work progress to ensure thatit is properly carried out and completed on time schedule with acceptablequality. Constantly review & inspect completed works (preventive and workrequest) for any deficiencies that need to be follow up for accuracy andcompleteness.
管理和指导在岗培训，检查工作程序以便保证工作按时和保质保量的完成。经常回顾和检查已经完成的工作（预防性维护和维修）及时发现不足，以便跟进落实和完成。
To implement and maintain the work requestprogram and preventive maintenance program to ensure it is complied, completedand accurate.
发展和建立申请维修程序和预防维护计划，保证工作得到落实，完成和符合标准。
Continuously determine opportunities forimproving productivity from associates in term of utilization, work methods andperformance. To evaluate and analyze the need to make adjustment andmodification to the operation as well as any related training.
根据每位人才的不同情况合理分派工作，努力提高生产力，不断完善工作方法和程序。对工作任务进行估计和分析，根据不同的要求对部门内的运行进行调整和完善或对人才进行相应的培训。
To ensure that operational features areperformed in accordance with the design intent of the facility with strictregard for safety and energy conservation.
保证人才严格按照设备安全和节约能源的特性进行操作。
To coordinate and communicate engineeringwork activities with other departments concerning identification of repair andmaintenance problems and requirements, satisfaction with work in Progress, andwork completed.
与其它部门就工程情况进行沟通，包括其它部门维护和维修需求，工程进展情况的反馈以及维修后的使用情况。
To develop work plan prior to the intendedexecution of work, considering all possible disruption that could cause to theguests and other operating departments, manpower and materials availability, inorder to minimize adverse impact to the operation.
按照任务的轻重缓急来安排工作的先后顺序，要时刻考虑到将客人的利益和其它前台部门的运作、人力条件和材料是否充足，尽一切努力将酒店会受到的损失降低。
To trouble shoot and make recommendationfor remedial action for system deficiencies.
解决工程问题和对系统缺陷提供建议及解决方案。
To assist in maintaining inventory of alltools, materials and parts. To coordinate with purchasing department forsourcing of parts, materials and contract services locally.
协助维护所有工具、材料和零件。协助采购部采购零件、材料和联系当地维修服务。
To monitor the implementation of energyconservation program and to prepare monthly utilities consumption reports. Toensure that monthly utilities invoices are collected on time and to analyze andhighlight any discrepancy to the Director of Engineering office withexplanation.
管理节能计划的实施和准备每月消耗报表。保证每月准时得到能源消耗费用发票。分析和注明每月消耗的差异，并向工程总监汇报。
To ensure that all associates from theengineering fully understand the operation of the fire & life safety systemand procedures.
保证人才充分了解防火和人身安全条例及运行程序。
To conduct daily briefing to all associatesand to highlight all major activities taking place for the day includebanqueting events and its engineering support requirement,
每天给人才开会，并强调当日安排重要活动包括宴会活动等以及需要工程部提供技术支持的项目。
To check daily associates’ attendancerecords & personal grooming and to review daily work logs for incompleteworks follow up. To check daily water treatment result and to coordinate withhousekeeping for checking of VIP rooms and front office for guest rooms neededfor Ken Fix It program.
检查人才签到记录和仪容仪表，以及未完成的工作项目。检查水处理结果，协同客房部检查贵宾房间设施，从前厅部了解是否需对客房实施综合维修工计划。
To initial proposed operating &capitalexpenditures budget pertaining to POMEC system to Chief Engineering forconsideration.
向工程总监提出有关工程系统运行及固定质量更换，改良所需预算建议。
To maintain and update complete file oftechnical manuals, parts list, drawings, FF&E list for all equipment, plantsetc.
发展和建立机电设备完整的技术手册，零件目录，技术图纸和固定设施和设备目录。
To prepare monthly report to the questprogram, progress of Ken Fix It program, preventive maintenance works scheduleto be carried out for next month.
准备月度报表提交给工程总监，内容包括系统运行状态，已完成的预防维修保养工作，未实施的工作或因某种原因无法完成的工单、综合维修工计划的进行情况和下一个月将要实施的预防性维修保养的工作计划。
To conduct bimonthly inspection of theengineering work places, equipment and tools to ensure it is free of danger andhazard.
每两个月检查一次工程区域，设备和工具，消除安全隐患。
To perform other duties as may be assignedby director of Engineering
完成工程总监安排的其它工作。
To demonstrate leadership quality and highdegree of moral among all associates. To conduct himself in an exemplary mannerand promote cordial relations and cooperation with all departments.

Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
College degree.
大专毕业。
Min.3 years’ experience in hotelengineering operation insimilar capacity.
至少3年酒店相关运做经验。
Diploma in mechanical or electricalengineeringor equivalent.
有机械或电力专业证书或相关学历。
All employees must maintain a neat, cleanandwell groomed appearance (specific standards available).
所有员工必须保持整洁，干净和整洁的外观（具体标准）。
English, Standard Chinese.
