The Role 岗位职责:
1. Analyze the composition of hotel revenue to provide data for future pricing setting and negotiations.

2. Monitor pricing across all revenue-generating departments of competitors, stay informed of local market trends and demand generators, and recommend appropriate actions regarding hotel pricing and market mix strategies to the revenue team.
留意竞争对手所有收入部门的定价,了解本地市场的动态和需要的产生,并推荐适当有关酒店定价和市场组合策略的行动给收入室工作团队。
3. Generate reports through the analysis of historical data and current bookings.
通过对历史数据和当前预订的分析,作出报表。
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求:
1. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role.
2年以上同岗位工作经验。
2. Excellent command of English in both spoken and written communication.
英语口语及书面表达能力优秀。
3. Capable of collecting and analyzing sales intelligence from competing hotels.
3、具有同行酒店销售信息收集及分析能力。
