The Role 岗位职责：
1. Follow punch in /out procedures.
循正常上班考勤制度和上班流程
2. Utilize the logbook and follow daily work sheet.
使用工作笔记并遵循日常工作表
3. Keep work area neat, clean; communicate in a professional way; keep quiet in SPA area.
确保工作区域整洁，干净，谈吐以达到标准，并且保持安静
4. Provide information to guests about the services offered in the Spa as well as the Resort.
给客人提供有关服务的多方面，有效的信息
5. Understand benefits, indications and contraindications of all spa services.
了解所有水疗服务的益处、适应症和禁忌
6. Utilize all of the professional products safely and accurately.
安全、准确地使用所有专业产品
7. Provide professional treatments for any guest including but not limited to massage, facial treatments and body treatments.
提供专业的理疗服务给任何客人，不仅仅局限在按摩，脸部护理和身体皮肤护理
8. Up-sell treatments to guests.
能够升级销售水疗项目给客人
9. Recommend further treatments to your guest to help with their concerns.
向你的客人推荐进一步的治疗来帮助他们解决问题
10. Recommend retail product to your guest.
专业的推荐零售产品给客人以维持理疗效果
11. Meet/Exceed retail targets.
达到或者超越零售产品销售目标
12. Work as part of a team to ensure effective running of the Spa department.
紧密的团队合作确保部门高效的运行
13. Perform duties as instructed to prevent injury or others’ injury.
根据正确指导，细心的工作，以防自己或别人受伤
14. Be calm and patient when dealing with guests at all times.
跟客人沟通时总是能够沉静，耐心
15. Respond properly in any emergency or unsafe situation.
在任何紧急或不安全的情况下都要做出适当的反应
16. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management.
完成管理层分配的其他任务或项目
Talent Profile 能力&技能需求：
Acquire working experience in hotel/resort(preferably luxury brands).
拥有酒店工作经验(特别是奢华品牌的酒店)。
Have professional training in hospitality industry.
接受过酒店专业的培训。
Able to communicate in Mandarin or English fluently.
能够流畅的使用普通话或英语进行对话。
Having good communication skills.
良好的沟通能力。
Able to operate basic computer skills.
正确应用基本电脑系统。
Minimum 5 years therapist experience for international luxury brands or affiliated five-star hotels.
拥有至少5年及以上国际奢华品牌或联号五星级酒店理疗师工作经验。
